Staples’ digital presence given The Works: Fast paced Sydney reduced to a stationery city

The Works has unveiled its creative concept for  Staples: a scale model of Sydney Harbour built entirely of Staples stationery. Featuring 2,344 recycled sticky notes, 84 boxes of staples, 361 bulldog clips, 169 paperclips, 107 rubber bands, 132 coloured pencils and loads more.

Damian Pincus, partner at The Works said they set about positioning Staples as the new brand in town.

“To do this we set ourselves a challenge to visually connect Australians with Staples. What better way to do this than featuring one of Sydney’s iconic spots entirely recreated using Staples stationery”.

According to Pincus the structure which took over 190 hours to complete forms just one part of the overall digital strategy for Staples.
