BWM’s digital strategy head Megan Hales promoted to national planning director role

bwm.jpgBelgiovane Williams Mackay has promoted national head of digital strategy Megan Hales to the position of national planning director effective immediately.

In the role, Hales will be leading planning for the agency across offices in both Sydney and Melbourne.

Says BWM executive planning director, Jamie Mackay: “We are excited to announce Megan’s promotion into this national planning role. Her cross-platform planning insights are second to none and we believe she will be able to deliver solutions to clients that will take their campaigns to the next level.Megan has delivered fantastic results for clients to date and we know she will continue to do so in this broader role.”

Hales has more than 14 years’ experience in marketing and digital strategy in Australia and the UK. She spent time at The Campaign Palace as national head of digital strategy and brand planner where she worked across a number of high profile accounts including Target, Pacific Brands (Bonds & Berlei), Bayer (Berocca & Elevit), Panasonic and Budget Eyewear.

Prior to the Palace, she spent two years at Saatchi & Saatchi in Sydney as head of digital strategy/senior brand planner. During her time in London, she also worked with HDM Total Communications Agency, Abbot Mead Vickers BBDO, Joshua and Executive Studio.
