Every week thousands of mortals tune in to HBO’s hit vampire TV series, True Blood. While the show enjoys excellent ratings, not everyone knows that the show was based on Charlaine Harris’ Sookie Stackhouse series. To attract more readers to the novels US Sydney created these three spots, which air during True Blood ad breaks, to show readers where it all started.

Cute idea…makes me thirsty…
The sucking sound at the end of the ‘Blood’ spot is disgusting, and when the ad was over I didn’t know what you were talking about or what you wanted me to do. Shot well, though, as any turd should be.
Great, simple, cheap, effective. Well done … Has an idea in in it, single minded unlike most of the stuff we see these days.
I’m so proud of you boys
Campfire and Digital Kitchen created phenomenal advertising campaigns around the True Blood series including some amazing TVC & print ad’s. It’s hard to compete with!
