“…politicians, sports stars and celebrities all coming together with a simple message against bullying.”
And what was that message? “Stop bullying.”
If this ad stops anyone bullying, or if gets anyone to stop anyone else’s bullying I’ll eat my keyboard. It’s a great thing to find some money to make an ad about bullying. It just sucks that they went and made this one. It fails the most basic tests.
Like who they are talking to. Is it bullies? People standing near bullies? People being bullied? Those guys over there?
And while we know what they want us to do, which is stop bullying, they offer absolutely no reason to do it, or any strategy to help us get there. There are no insights to connect us to the message and no incentive to change behaviour.
It’s just talking celebs saying northing useful. At all. The real problem is the topic is too important not to do it properly. And that’s why this ad sucks balls.
or blows as the case may be…
She’s quite a reader.
The ad campaigns are really creative that are prepared by the underdog network .The concept of the ad and the animation will 100% attract the customers for your products. The bullying activities should not be allowed through the ad campaigns. It will have number of bad effects on public and the general people.SO we have to be cautious for about these ads.
Brian, I think you’re about as confused as this strategy!!
Hey all you bullies up there…….
ok, its not the best ad in the world……
But at least they had a go 🙂
omg how many times are we going to see this same tired old formula of celbs and sporting people all saying part of one long boring script, whether its the RWC or the 86 other ads that have used this lazy creative structure. charity ads used to be a great vehicle for agencies to do daring impactful, award winning creative work, not this uninspiring drivel shot on a handy cam and art directed by the planner. this is nothing more than a missed opportunity on what is an important cause.
rubbish
When I saw the announcement I thought that for a change here was a new start.Sorry my view now is that the advertisemen it smacks of defeating the menace with violence,as a chap who has alone with few others, for years, been combating this menace my view is it will take brains and education to bring under control this HUGE social malady, and that is bullying in the workplace.
you suck
