Toshiba launches 3D chalk art installation for its two-in-one tablet/notebook in Sydney today via champion pavement artist Anton Pulvirenti
Sydneysiders saw a large-scale 3D chalk art installation come to life right before their eyes today as part of a unique event being run by Toshiba to launch its two-in-one tablet/notebook innovation created by champion pavement artist Anton Pulvirenti.
The 3D chalk drawing was outside Customs House, commissioned by Toshiba as a one-off installation to mark the launch of Toshiba’s new range.
The drawing also provided clues for an interactive treasure hunt that led consumers to win Toshiba’s Satellite U920t notebook and a host of other prizes.
Says Mariana Thomas, Toshiba’s national communications marketing manager: “We liked the idea of being able to bring art and technology together through this experiential campaign. With its two-in-one tablet/notebook functionality and stylish design, the new Satellite U920t notebook stands out from the crowd, so we wanted to do something a little different to launch this product to consumers.”
