TAC points out that drugs and driving don’t mix in ‘out of your mind’ campaign via Grey, Melbourne

Drugs, particularly cannabis in this case, can do strange things to you when you’re behind the wheel. Some 32% of all drivers and riders killed are found to have drugs in their system. This campaign, via Grey Melbourne, aims to get drivers to wise up to the fact that drugs and driving don’t mix.

Reminds me of a car ad from the mid 90’s.
Pre Photoshop era.
Might have been Audi or something.
Its in an Award book somewhere.
I’m not saying however that this looks copied,
but it would’ve been good reference on how
to get the perspectives right.
Sorry, a lot of good stuff coming from Grey Melbourne.
But this just fails miserably on execution.
Escher would be rolling in his grave.
Cool. Might try drugs…
execution is awful

Just in time for Cannes!
I think it’s good.
bottom image is great.
Escher again
Looks better than anything I’ve done this year so yep well done.
Nice job.
It’s simple. It almost forces me to look at it long enough to figure out the picture, when you do, it makes an instant and relevant point about drug driving. Yes, Escher again, but this is relevant while the Audi one was just for the sake of it.
I have no idea if it will change anyone’s habits, but that’s road safety advertising. So yes, I like it.
What drugs make you see stuff like this? None I’ve ever tried!
Idea good. Art direction and retouching appalling.
I like this and I like clients that do work like this.
Someone learning Photoshop.
@hmm, I disagree. I think Escher will be jerking off in his grave.

Technically it’s pretty easy for a retoucher to do something like this surely.
Hats off for them for commissioning him on his idea rather than stealing it but I feel like the execution is really lacking…
Escher would be rolling what in his grave? Rizlas?
that is all.
seems the other advertising blogs are liking this more.
Look pretty clear to me. Got it straight away.
I love this campaign; great insight, simple concept, arresting visual. Great work.
Where can I get some dope that’ll do that!
So many more dicks in this blog.
