It’s nice. People who buy the paper will like this.
Sweet spot…I’m looking forward to Sunday already.
Doesn’t make up for losing the Asahi & Bonds pitches to Clems though does it Monkeys?
Anyone can write and produce this emotional guff.
Good spot. I like it.
of crap.
goooodddddd onnnnneee monkeys!
I think we all know that if, say Ogilvy did this, no-one would like it.
Likewise, if Droga5 did it, people would rain a shitstorm of hate upon it for not being as good as D5 NY’s best work.
The Monkeys, however, have achieved the perfect state of forum-Nirvana. Everyone likes them (hey, they’re likable guys) they’re a good outfit, and no-one wants them to fail.
This spot is fine. It’ll most likely work, and doesn’t deserve any kind of vitriol. But that’s exactly what it would be getting if the majority of agencies out there did it.
Obviously, poster named ‘a pile’ is the exception to the rule here.
I dig it, and i dig reading a sunday paper. tick.
It just lacks one thing for me – any entertainment value.
Good work Angus. Great job
