STW’s consumer and trade active engagement agency Sales Success rebrands as Tribe
STW’s agency Sales Success has consolidated its offering to market under a new banner, Tribe, and streamlined focus on active engagement across consumer and trade channels.
Tribe’s CEO Mark Rodgers said it was a very exciting time for the business: “Launching an entirely new name and look into the Australian marketplace and consolidating our key service offering positions Tribe as a leader and expert in the active engagement space,” said Rogers.
“With our consumer focus on promotions and loyalty programs and trade focus on incentives and rewards, we have a clearly defined offering and specialisation.”
Rodgers added the decision to focus on these two specialist areas meant the agency would be “better placed to focus on delivering outstanding active engagement solutions through every campaign for our clients.
“Digital and creative will continue to underpin both of these service areas as they are integral to every piece of business,” he said. “We have some fantastic proprietary software that will enable our technology to drive innovation for our clients cost effectively and improve overall speed to market.
“The new name, logo and brand identity have been developed to reflect these changes and reinforce what we call the ‘Tribe Way’ of people, passion and pride.”
The Tribe senior leadership team working with Rodgers will include recently promoted John Georgas, Head of Promotions/Loyalty; Helen Curzon, Head of Incentives/Rewards who recently joined; ex BMF Daniel Christos as Digital Director; Julie Maher as Art Director and Alison Fradley as Financial Controller.

tribal / tribe. not entirely new really is it?
I thought Sales Success got rolled into Ogilvy Action……a brilliant experiential brand engagement digital agency blah de blah. And now it has become Tribe. Feels a bit like The Brand Shop turning into Shift. Is this the latest trend for businesses under the STW banner? Maybe Ikon is going to become Gash or something. Brilliant. Clever stuff.
