BWM Isobar client services director Sophie Lander has been promoted to general manager, Sydney at BWM Isobar and dentsu mcgarrybowen.
Lander joined BWM Isobar in 2019 as client partner, she was then promoted in 2020 to client services director.
Lander has held previous roles at CHEP Network, Canadian agency john st. and Ogilvy Canada.
