Real estate agency Woodards gets a website makeover via digital agency Igloo
Digital agency Igloo has created a new website for leading real estate agency Woodards, after winning a competitive tender for the site.
The strategy behind the new site came from Woodards’ desire to build lasting relationships with people online.
Says Tony Prysten, Igloo’s creative director: “Whatever the market, people love looking at and talking about property, particularly Melbournians. We really wanted to put Woodards at the centre of this by tapping into the huge knowledge bank of the Woodards team and developing the site as a great resource for people interested in the property market.”
The new site features blog posts from Woodards agents and an Inspiration Gallery of property images. The property display section has been completely reworked with greater emphasis on imagery and a comparison tool, and social media elements are integrated within the site.
Says John Piccolo, CEO of Woodards: “Our brief to Igloo was to look outwards at what would appeal to clients; focus less on Woodards as a brand and more on Woodards as a source of quality information. The result is a website that is customer focused, contemporary and innovative – exactly what we, and our clients, are looking for.”

I don’t care. Nobody does.
If your going to use a font like Myriad atleast use the versions with the numbers are all the same height there is nothing cool or creative about it – imagine what the house buyers who have no clue think it’s probably number 8 unit 2!
I care, truly, madly and deeply. Not enough to marry the website, but I can muster the non-earthshaking observation that it’s neat and organised, but could have been done with a little more flair.
