RAC there when you’re stranded far from home

A lot of families make the two-hour trek from Perth to Bunbury during the summer holidays, and this billboard from The Brand Agency, Perth reminded them that they can rely on the RAC if they break down, no matter how far from home they are.

Or enter it in The Chip Shop Awards instead. That’s where it belongs.
Looks photoshopped.
You’re kidding aren’t you 1.59? people have been removing and adding things to billboards for years. It’s a technique. The ideas are completely different the only similarity is that they fucked with the billboard.
Why are people so unkind?
I’ve driven past it, and it’s 3D. Good thing I was a passenger though, as I did a double take as we went past, and would have crashed the car.
ET just turned in his grave.
I appreciate the whole keep it simple thing but why does Australian advertising have to credit people with the IQ of a challengeeed two year old. Aussies aren’t thick unaware of the world people who onloy respondm to ocker blokish advertising, get out of theee 70’s and move on.
What I am saying is this ad has the depth of a bottle cap, and is what you would expect a five year old to come up with with such a brief. Who pays these guys?

Innovative outdoor is an alien concept to Perth

Sorry, that probably was a bit harsh. Just seeing how long people’s memories are.
Given the state of outdoor advertising in this country your billboard deserves gold.
Well done.
Terrific.
Works beautifully for the brand.
Bit tough to compare this to the old flight school poster – are you saying no one can ever stuff about with a billboard ever again because it was done once?
(I’ll bet someone somewhere did if before then as well.)
Crikey, it that law applied to TV ads (and programming) there’d be nothing on.
