Nicole Flinton-Ferraro set to depart chief experience officer role at Howatson+Company

Nicole Flinton-Ferraro will leave Howatson+Company in Feb 2026, where she has held the Chief Experience Officer position for the last three years.

 

Says Flinton-Ferraro: “I’ve had the privilege of working alongside Howie for many years, at both CHEP and H+Co, and I can honestly say it’s been the most incredible season in my career. I will always be cheering the H+Co team on”.

Since joining the agency in early 2023 Flinton-Ferraro has been a key member of the agency leadership team responsible for Howatson+Company earning multiple Global Independent Agency of the Year titles, recognition on Contagious’ Pioneers Best and Bravest list and being crowned 2025 Campaign Brief Agency of the Year.

Says Howatson: “Nicole is a close friend and has been a valued colleague for the last 10 years. She is an incredible advocate of the experience practice and her work has played a significant role in deepening the health and growth of the brands she represents. Specifically, Nic has led with distinction role on CFS, Miele, Petbarn, Domain and Myer. We say farewell with lots of love”.

Prior to joining Howatson+Company, Flinton-Ferraro was chief experience officer at CHEP for four years, where she took the CX, UX and Service Design capabilities from strength to strength. During her CHEP tenure, in addition to experience practice lead, Flinton-Ferrarowas the strategic lead on Samsung. Prior to that, she led Customer Marketing teams and scaled personalisation programmes across Bupa and AGL.

Says Flinton-Ferraro: “I am eternally grateful for everything I have learned and been a part of in my time at H+Co and am now looking forward to seeing what my next chapter looks like.”
