Neil Harris and Darren Martin join RAPP Sydney as joint CDs, working with Eastwood and Grogan

RAPP Sydney has appointed Neil Harris and Darren Martin as joint creative directors. Harris and Martin are a multi award-winning creative team who come with a wealth of experience in through-the-line communications. Working with the existing RAPP creative teams – as well as with DDB’s national creative director, Matt Eastwood, and Matt Grogan, Tribal DDB Sydney’s creative director – their role will be to increase the focus on customer-focused creativity across the Group.
Harris came to Sydney after 12 years in London, where he collected most major awards working above and below the line. He joins RAPP after stints at BWM and Clemenger Proximity, where he continued his award-winning run and was recently voted on to the ADMA Creative Council.
Martin has been a judge (twice) for the Australian Direct Marketing Awards, and the Caples Awards in New York. Over the years, Darren has won metal and short-listed in AWARD, ADMA, the Caples Awards, New York Festival, Caxtons and MADC Awards for work in various media channels.
