MADC elects Klein and Proposch

Last night, the MADC Committee voted Dave Klein, associate creative director of BMF Melbourne and Tracy Proposch of Luscious Films (pictured) as president and vice president respectively.

The vote was unanimous.

When asked by the Committee as to why he should be made president, Klein spoke of his passion for the Club and for keeping great creative work the focus for members. He also spoke about continuing the momentum the Club has gained over the last 12 months, in particular record award entry numbers and a dramatically increased membership base.

At the same meeting, the Committee also welcomed six new faces:

Nigel Dawson, Creative Director, Grey

Chris Kerr, Executive Producer (Digital), Clemenger BBDO

Helene Nicol , Producer, The Guild

Pete Bidenko, Creative Director, Clemenger Proximity

Jim Antonopoulos, Creative Director, TANK Studio

Thea McLeod, Producer/Casting Director, McLeod Casting

They will join the Committee members staying on for 2011:
