Let it Die.jpgThe call for entries to the MADC awards were due to close this Friday, June 04, 2010. However, due to an overwhelming response from the industry for this year’s awards, the MADC committee has decided to grant an extension. Online entry forms must be completed, payment received and work submitted to the MADC offices no later than 5pm, Wednesday, June 9, 2010.

Entrants to the awards must be current financial members of the MADC, and physical entries this year must be submitted to the new MADC offices at Level 3, 125 Flinders Lane, Melbourne.

Entrants with any further queries should contact MADC on 03 9650 0650 or email awards@madc.com.au

The theme for this year’s MADC Awards is based on the debate and blog feedback that seems to follow the creation of great work. Sothe campaign has real comments taken from the Campaign Brief Blog, allcontributed under the guise of ‘Anonymous’. Accordingly, the MADC wouldlike to thank 6:09, 8:23, 11:17 and all the other brave contributorsfor providing the content for this campaign.

Poo.jpgTerrible.jpgVomiting.jpgWorst.jpgMADC President Richard Ralphsmith said that whilst the awards themepokes fun at the negative comments we’ve all seen and read, it isreally about celebrating the positives of the industry: “Great ideassilence the critics. The MADC Awards recognise the people behind trulygreat ideas like these,” says Ralphsmith.

If you think your work’s got what it takes to silence Anonymous, enter at www.madc.com.au by June 4.
