Komosion hires Mihir Rughani, Anton Chemerys, Tony Featherstone and Stuart Lawrence

komosion.jpgDigital agency Komosion, whose clients includes Wattyl, Rheem, Liquor Marketing Group, ANZ Wealth and Campbell Arnott’s, has added four new senior members to its Melbourne and Sydney teams.

The company, which emphasises the creative application of technology to marketing challenges, has recruited ex M&C Saatchi, London, technical project manager Mihir Rughani to its Sydney team and former Amnesia Razorfish account director Tony Featherstone to the role of senior account director in Melbourne.

The company has also hired PC tools former e-commerce manager, Anton Chemerys, as its technical director and ex Web Arcade digital manager, Stuart Lawrence, to oversee project management in Melbourne.

Komosion managing director John O’Neill said the new appointments complemented the recruitment last October of former consumer and digital marketing director for Microsoft Australia, Lisa Hickson, as the company’s head of strategy.

Says O’Neill: “In an age of digital disruption we see our role as helping clients not only meet challenges but seize opportunities. We are building a team of truly world class talent to do help them do that.”

O’Neill said Craig Burtenshaw, formerly Komosion’s head of creative services, had been promoted to the position of creative director assuming overall responsibility for the company’s creative and strategic services.

Komosion operates from offices in Sydney, Melbourne and Ho Chi Minh City and has grown by more than 35 per cent in the last two years.
