Great work, love it. At last some good work out of Brissy
Oh dear.
Nice
Really like it! So refreshing for the cliche uni ad category. Great choice of ‘host’ too- what’s not to love about furry little Lawrence?
Nice one.
It looks quite cool using the red chair and is shot beautifully but the dialogue is a bit on the nose. In saying that, at least it’s something different compared to QUT and UQ, which often seem to forget university is about knowledge at times. It’s not Hurricane Carter but polish the dialogue and performances, and this direction could do quite well for them.
3:34 – Go back to work! At Junior! Probably as a junior!
The red chair device is identical to a famous series of photos taken probably over ten years ago, featuring a red chair in different countries.
Learn to steal better. Or better still, learn to be inspired.
12.30PM – It’s a couch, not a chair – totally different idea!
Great!
Seriously! Is it our job to search all ends of the earth to make sure no one in the history of global marketing has ever done anything remotely similar, or is to just write ads. This …. “it was done in Bangladesh 8 years ago” thing is truly ridiculous. I’m pretty sure they didn’t rip of your “sitting on a red chair thing done 10 years ago”. Unless, completely obsessed by other people’s work – they most likely never saw it. Grow up.
@ 4.35PM
But this ad has someone with a beard in it. Talking.
Both have been done before.
Massive, huge, epic fail.
good work chuck!
