Four student teams from Australia win New Blood Pencils at this year’s D&AD Awards

Four student teams from Australia have won New Blood Pencils at this year’s D&AD Awards across the Duolingo, Do the Green Thing and Google Fonts & HMCT briefs.

RMIT student teammates Emilia Lakhi, Simon Macawili, and William Koren are in their 3rd year of Bachelor of Communication, Advertising at RMIT and were tutored by Fiona Finn and Luke Falkland-Brown. The team won a New Blood Pencil for ‘Tour de Lingo’.

In the Do the Green Thing brief, teammates Liam Ratliff, Asela Marcelline, Mahala Cohen and John Barrett won for ‘Break The Pattern‘ and Alana Wood and Gid Goldberg won for ‘Fast Fashion Must Dye‘.

University of Technology Sydney students Subin Yoon, Caitlin Ong, Amanda Fung and Su Wing Tang won a New Blood Pencil for Google Fonts & HMCT ‘Now You hear Us‘.
