Esse (left) recently decided to return home to Melbourne for family reasons and is currently packing up and moving back to Australia from the USA. Before Fallon, Esse was the head of production at Publicis Mojo in Australia and New Zealand where he worked for 17 years.

We have been looking for someone who understands ideas, is good with people and has a firm handle on how the industry is changing. If you look at his work on Nike, Coca Cola, Tourism Victoria and Lion Nathan in Australia/NZ and more recently Cadillac in the USA then you know he is the right person for the job.

“Corey has lots of international experience and has demonstrated he can oversee big campaigns. His skills, combined with those of all Exit’s directors and producers, makes for a great team…and on top of that he is a great guy to have around as well as being the ‘glue’ for all three offices.”

Says Esse: “I am looking forward to the move home even more now. Throughout my time in the U.S. at Fallon, I have developed some great relationships and learnt a lot. I believe this, combined with my agency experience at Mojo, will allow me to bring a different skill set to Exit. Some of my best work in the past was done with Exit, so I am really excited to be joining the team.”
