Fairfax/AdMedia NZ Agency of the Year finalists announced – it could be a doubly Special night
The judges of the Fairfax/Admedia NZ Agency of the Year have announcedtheir finalists and in a first for the awards, Special Group (left) is afinalist in both the Agency of the Year and the Indie Agency of theYear categories.
Admedia Editor David Gapes confirms that this is a first.
Says Special Group creative director Tony Bradbourne: “It was a great second year forus so we are pretty pleased with the double. There looks like some verygood competition in all categories though.”
The finalists:
2010 Agency of the Year: Colenso BBDO , DDB, DraftFCB, Special Group.
Indie Agency of the Year: Affinity Id, Republik, Special Group, Sugar.
Media Agency of the Year: OMD, Spark PHD, Starcom.
Direct & Interactive Agency of the Year: Affinity Id, Rapp, Saatchi & Saatchi DGS.
CEO of the Year: Bryan Crawford (DraftFCB), Sandy Moore (DDB).
The winners will be announced at the awards function at La Zeppa, 33 Drake St, Freemans Bay on Tuesday 16 March.
