In this TV and digital campaign for Quit Victoria, created by The Campaign Palace Melbourne and digital agency Igloo, Michael ‘Mick’ Roberts introduces himself and talks about his emphysema in a series of videos. He started smoking when he was young and now he’s paying for his addiction.

Mick, I’m a 34 year old bloke and was smoking since I was 15, mate seeing your campaign on the box really hit home and would like to say i havnt lit up for nearly three weeks now and am quite repulsed by the smell of tabacco! So thanx mate, if I’m the only person you got through to that is a result!! Wish ya all the best
Hi Mick , seeing your add on TV really upset me tears would fill my eyes, I have quit smoking only 2 weeks so far , but I still feel sad for you that , you are going through what you are going through warning others and shocking them to stop smoking. I wish I could Just hug you , only to say thank you.. Thank you Mick and I really hope things willl get better for you.
