DiLallo: so far Adfest Film category a little weak
PHUKET: Last night, a group of weary-looking advertising executives finished their first day of judging the ADFEST 2011 Lotus Awards. It was a long day spent watching hundreds of TV commercials, viewing countless entry videos, and assessing campaign after campaign.
Andy DiLallo (left), executive creative director of Leo Burnett, Sydney, felt some of the entries to the Film category were a little weak: “I think some agencies only entered their commercials into the Film category because they were so tortured when they were making them, they wanted to torture a Jury panel by making them watch them, too.”

well he knows weak
Isn’t it just that no one can be bothered entering AdFest? Award was strong, Adfest is weak. Go figure.
Publicly ridiculing the work that you’ve been invited to judge?
They should sue him for defamation of character.
