D&AD Nominations for 303Lowe’s Ikea ‘Rent’ and Clemenger BBDO, Melbourne’s NAB ‘Break Up’

Australia has scored two D&AD Nominations, both in the Direct category, with Clemenger BBDO, Melbourne scoring one for the NAB ‘Break Up’ campaign and 303Lowe Sydney/Perth winning the other for the Ikea Catalogue ‘Rent’ campaign.
Both agencies will have to wait a few more hours before knowing they go on to win Yellow Pencils at tonight’s D&AD Awards (streamed live starting Friday morning @ 4am Sydney time).
Several Australian entries were accepted In-Book: Whybin\TBWA Sydney have three: for the Pedigree Adoption Drive (Direct + Integrated and Earned Media) and Pedigree ‘Dog-A-Like’ (Digital Advertising)Ogilvy Sydney won two, both for Coca-Cola ‘Share a Coke’ (Digital Advertising + Integrated and Earned Media); Euro RSCG Sydney won two, one for Vanish ‘Sponsor the White House’ (Direct), the other for the Harpic ‘Toilet Confessions’; DDB Sydney won for Wrigley’s Eclipse ‘Toll Booth’ (TV & Cinema Advertising); Leo Burnett Sydney for Bundaberg ‘Watermark’ (Direct); and Naked Communicatiions, Melbourne for Art Series Hotels ‘Steal Banksy’ (Digital Advertising).
Mash Design had three In-Book: for Meat & Livestock Australia ‘Chef’s Special’ (Magazine and Newspaper Design), for Adelaide Festival 2012 ‘Barrio’ (Illustration) and Boutinot ‘Rude Mechanicals’ (Illustration); and Moon Group, Sydney for The Darling (Graphic Design).
In Film Advertising Craft, The Glue Society won a Nomination for TMB Thailand ‘Panyee FC’ for Direction; Exit Films was accepted In-Book for Lion Nathan ‘The Nocturnal Migration’ for Cinematography as well as Direction and Special Effects; Goodoil Sydney was accepted In-Book for Commonwealth Bank ‘Human Bank’ for Cinematography; Revolver for Volkswagen ‘The Word’ for Editing; Animal Logic for BUPA ‘The Moment’ for Special Effects.
MJZ Los Angeles won a Yellow Pencil for the Hahn Super Dry ‘Super In. Super Out’ spot for Publicis Mojo, Sydney in the Production Design for Film Advertising category.
For New Zealand Clemenger BBDO, Wellington scored a Nomination for NZ Transport Agency ‘Ghost Chips’ (Integrated and Earned Media) and In-Book for the same work (Writing for Advertising); Publicis Mojo Auckland have two In-Book, both for Greenpeace ‘Oil on Canvas’ (Outdoor + Integrated and Earned Media); Colenso BBDO, Auckland for Pedigree ‘Smart Puppies’ (Writing for Advertising); Special Group for Channel 4 ‘The home of NOT rugby’ (TV & Cinema Communications).

Congratulations to Steve Coll and the Euro RSCG team for the two In-Book! Doing excellent work for Reckitt Benckiser is something to be really proud of.
