Burson-Marsteller report confirms huge shift towards social media in Asia Pacific region
The Asia-Pacific region is one of the fastest-growing digital landscapes in the world, experiencing a huge shift towards social media.
In response Burson-Marsteller Asia-Pacific is actively identifying digital influencers and engaging with online social communities and as such, have created a series of infographics which show the penetration, platforms and social networks and how they differ in each of our Asia-Pacific markets.
80.1% of Australians – just over 17 million – use the internet, and a staggering 69.5% of us use Facebook, by far the biggest social media site. 56.9% uses YouTube and 11.4% use Twitter.
