Case in point.
makes a mockery of the show
Isn’t this a fun game…. slagging off at Lions winners.

I would not spend the night on the water watching Jaws. Great work Special Group.
I know a few people don’t love Chipotle, but I paid money for that willie nelson cover of coldplay. It’s a pretty big platform if you’re going to OWN being a nice company, who shops at nice farms.
Well that, young chap, is a rather serious accusation. By “fudging” I presume that you and your little bed-fellow actually mean lying and cheating. In this situation I think it would be best to contact the agency direct to try and qualify your claim rather than hide in the vagaries of the Twittersphere.
An embarrassment when it went live.
More so now.
Lynchy, could you please publish the Great Crusade case study.
I suspect it’s more ‘creative’ than the campaign EVER was.
Oh look, an agency being criticised for its case study…
Case in point.
So Lions are Effies now?
And if, through some miracle, you win a gold Lion next year will you still be chanting “case in point” or will you have a fresh bag of micro-fibre cloths handy?
In March 2009 Fast Company named CAA among the 50 Most Innovative Companies in the World, alongside Apple, Google and others, noting that “in Hollywood, there’s CAA and then there’s everybody else.” Fortune named CAA “the entertainment industry’s most influential organization.”
In October, 2010, CAA created a strategic partnership with global private investment firm TPG Capital. TPG invested an undisclosed sum for a non-controlling 35% interest in the agency. The companies also created a $500 million pledge fund for investments.” The transaction made fresh capital available to CAA to make acquisitions and expand its business, especially in burgeoning areas like sports and its overseas operations.
CAA has offices in Los Angeles, New York City, Chicago, Nashville, London, Beijing, St. Louis, Calgary, Jacksonville, Dubai and Stockholm.
Have a look at the jury members and you’ll know why Qantas won.
