Bell Direct targets smarter traders in its new online campaign via Matterhorn, Sydney
Bell Direct has launched an online campaign via Matterhorn Sydney, targeting active traders which positions Bell Direct as the online broker that helps make “smart investors smarter”.
The campaign runs across all digital channels and includes a content film, banners, pre rolls and microsite.
Says Arnie Selvarajah, Bell Direct CEO: “Having been created by Bell Potter, a well recognized broker and not a banker, we have a unique online broking offering. We truly understand the needs of the active trader and this campaign taps into the insight that these people, regardless of where they are or what they are doing, are always fully engaged with the market, just like Bell Direct. And because of that obsession we’ll always provide smarter opportunities to those who trade with Bell Direct.”
The content piece was directed by Gracie Otto, from Filmgraphics Entertainment.
Says Otto: “It was fun bringing the world of an obsessed trader to life, especially as it has such a nice twist at the end.”
Says Matt Kemsley, Matterhorn: “Bell Direct offers best of breed service, in depth research, live streaming and fast and easy platform performance, it really understands its audience, how they engage with the market and the fact that they also have a sense of humor!”
Says Garry Horner, Matterhorn: “Arnie demanded stand-out creativity for this campaign, this gave us the opportunity to work with some of the best people in Sydney and let them really flex their muscles, the results speak for themselves and we’re thrilled.”

Classic Horn!
Nice work. Love it.
Yep,works for me.
Straight to the Dapto Creative Awards with that one.
I’m having trouble with the logic.
I find it hard to believe his new wife hasn’t seen his apartment before. Her reaction is more what I’d expect from an escort than a bride.
And I guess I’m supposed to be in the know to translate the stock symbols, but none of them indicate why he’s smarter, or indeed why he’s looking at them in the first place.
It’s just doesn’t make sense.
Phwoah…
Phwooooooah…
Phwoah…
I assumed it was a hotel not an apartment and he’s obviously obsessed with what the markets doing rather than his bride, sad bugger. I like it!
