10 Feet Tall, Melbourne has created an ambient campaign for Beauty Mate, which is ‘punching above its weight’ in the men’s grooming aid market.
The humble campaign is running in selected cloakroom and toilet spaces in clubs and pubs in Melbourne and Sydney, encouraging guys to scrub up without fuss, it also invites them to ‘punch above their weight’ in a facebook competition.
The campaign is also supported by a promotion on Nova FM.

Don’t think is really an idea. Just stale headlines on top of a mirror.
The main reason this fails as a piece of communication is because the headlines essentially insult the consumer. I don’t think this is the right approach.
Hard to get any more relevant than this.
So well targeted, even the consumer’s in the ad.
@Jimmy
Couldn’t agree more.
12:03 and 12:33 – if you’re going to comment on your own shit, at least be subtle.
This is terrible.
12:33 Agreed with Jimmy saying it wasn’t the right approach, oh god.
@oh god
Couldn’t agree more.
so this product is going to help me achieve a better look by insulting me or my partner? They could insert any product under those lines, meaningless…
It amazes me that Beauty Mate keep engaging new agencies when they leave behind a trail of past agencies that have still not been paid for their work, in some cases going years back.
As basis a the idea is think it just might work for the brand.
Upmarket bars don’t let advertising creep into their venues. I know. So chances are this is a case of high-end brand speaking to blokes/bogans in sports bars.
