Australian Type Foundry announces typography workshops for handlettering and type design

Australian Type Foundry has announced two new events on the design calendar. The first is the handlettering workshops that take place in Sydney throughout September and the second is Australia’s first type design course.

The popular Type By Hand workshop will be taught by typographers Wayne Thompson and Gemma O’Brien. These workshops take participants into the world of handlettering, with the aim of helping people improve their typographic skills.

The next workshop is Australia’s first type design course. The class will introduce participants to type design and help people design their own typefaces.
