AdFest announces first round of finalists in Direct, Effective, Media, New Director + Promo

The first round of finalists have just been released for AdFest 2018, namely in Direct, Effective, Media, New Director and Promo.

Australia has scored 11 finalists in the Direct Lotus shortlist, five finalists in Effective Lotus, 14 in Media Lotus and six in the Promo Lotus shortlist.

In Direct, CHE Proximity and BWM Dentsu Sydney have both scored four finalists apiece; McCann Sydney has scored two finalists and Bashful has scored one finalist.

In the Effective Lotus shortlist McCann Melbourne has scored two finalists and BWM Dentsu Sydney, CHE Proximity and McCann Sydney have all scored one finalist each.

BWM Dentsu Sydney leads the Media Lotus category with five finalists; McCann Sydney has four finalists; TBWA Sydney has two and Host/Havas, AIRBAG and J. Walter Thompson Sydney has one each.

McCann Sydney leads the Promo Lotus shortlist with three finalists; CHE Proximity has two finalists and BWM Dentsu Sydney has one finalist.

In the New Director Lotus category Heckler Sydney’s Kyra Bartley has been shortlisted for ‘Love Is Love’ and The Directors Group’s Thuy Vy has been shortlisted for ‘Still Life’.
