Popcorn Creative targets more than motoring enthusiasts with opening sequences for new reality tv show ‘Shannons Supercar Showdown’

supercr 2.jpgCommissioned by WTFN, Popcorn Creative has produced the broadcast brand and full graphics package for Australia’s new reality tv series ‘Shannons Supercar Showdown’.

Due to premiere Saturday the 23rd of July on 7Mate, the broadcast brand designed by Popcorn Creative seeks to influence more than just motor sports enthusiasts with it’s compelling and powerful opener and graphics.

supercar 1.jpgThe creative draws on the emotional, physical, psychological and public influences that shape tomorrows young, energetic and ambitious V8 drivers.

Viewers from a broad audience spectrum are enticed by this reality tv series sequence. The work allows Popcorn Creative to further cement its strong hold in high end creative development for the motor sports industry.

A relatively young player in the boutique agency space, Popcorn Creative has worked with

global brands such as Castrol on the World Cup 2010 to Castrol Racing Academy & Heros in the Middle East.

The creative process undertaken for the development of the Shannons Supercar Showdown called for a real understanding of the high energy motor sports world.

Popcorn Creative developed a concept to reveal the contestants unique personalities,

directed the shoot for opener and delivered the high quality style consistently for all the

graphics used throughout the show.
