Jungleboys has ACTAA noms for comedy series A Moody Christmas + feature film The Sapphires

Sydney-based Jungleboys has several nominations at the Academy of Australian Cinema and Television Arts Awards (ACTAA), announced this afternoon, for its comedy series A Moody Christmas.
The nominations are for:
– Best TV Comedy Series,
– Best Screenplay in Television and
– Best Perfomance in a Television Comedy (Patrick Brammal).
Jungleboys’ Wayne Blair was also nominated for Best Direction for The Sapphires.
A Moody Christmas also won Best Comedy of the year in the Sydney Morning Herald’s Couch Potato Awards which were announced today.
