Korea Tourismʼs previous agency PMA has held the account for the past ten years.

Says Colman Rasic CEO Ben Colman: “This is an exciting time to be working with Korean Tourism. Korea is a dynamic travel destination with great food, history, natural wonder, culture and entertainment. It enjoys excellent word-of-mouth recommendation and there is a significant opportunity to educate the Australian traveler on the wonders of a holiday in Korea.”

Over 120,000 Australians holiday in South Korea each year. According to Roy Morgan research, Australianʼs intention to travel overseas this year is at historically high levels. Driven by a very strong dollar, the competition amongst international destinations for the Australian traveller has never been so intense.

Colman Rasic was awarded the account without a pitch after working on a number of projects for Korean Tourism over the past six months. Working with Dejan Rasic, Korean born and Cannes Lion winning creative Derrick Kim will share creative responsibilities for the account.
