As part of his brief to grow his team, Carracher (left) has made two new appointments: Andrew Fotheringham (below), senior account director returns to kwp! from his most recent role at WDM and Sophie Young (below), account director recently returned to Adelaide from stints in New York and London. Locally, Young worked with accounts such as Community CPS, Bridgestone Australia and the Adelaide Zoo.

“Andrew has been shadowing me in this role for the past year and his official appointment will be no surprise to most and is recognition of his talent, commitment and passion for the business and for kwp!,” said John Baker, joint managing partner.

In the end that’s what it’s all about.”
