Digital creative agency Loud&Clear hires creative director Keith Walsh from Chemistry in Dublin and senior designer Gabriela Iglesias from Spain

Digital creative agency Loud&Clear have just boosted both their creative and design capacity even further with the hire of creative director Keith Walsh from Chemistry in Dublin, and senior designer Gabriela Iglesias from Madrid, Spain.
Walsh brings top level creative experience and a bunch of international awards including Caples Gold, ADNYC and Campaign for clients such as Absolut, Corrs Light, and Irish charity, Trocaire, where he created his multi-award winning ‘when I grow up’ print, and television campaign. His ‘Year of Tees’ project, where he designed a t-shirt every day over the course of one year has ensured he has received acclaim across the creative community.
Iglesias, through her work across such diverse projects as ‘Real Madrid in 3D to a micro-site for Hollywood blockbuster ‘The Tourist’ and other agency work across all platforms rounds out the design team.
Loud&Clear Creatives’ managing director Cade Witnish said he was excited for these two talents to join the team: “We’ve increased our capabilities at a time when our creative work is in high demand, developed our existing team and enhanced our offering. We are incredibly excited about the work we will be producing in 2012.”

Looks like a few 457 Visa hires. It is so much cheaper than hiring local creatives.
They can claim the Living Away From Home Allowance that offsets their living expenses. They are probably thinking that it is a great decision to join but has anyone told them that the Allowance will no longer exist from July 2012.
