Pretty low ethically. London must be a fairly depressing place to work at the moment.
This is about as stupid as that Crushhour stunt by Oglivy.
I’m waiting for the edit which shows the Parking Wardens getting clocked by the irate motorists. Probably several examples of that happening judging by the recent riots and the Poms love of a bit of argy bargy.

agreed, if we thought ethically some of the best work would never be done. Recall the SOS fauna ‘elevator’ campaign from Brasil, I would rather a parking fine than being trapped in an elevator.
