Loud Sydney boosts planning department with new hires from Happy Soldiers and the Palace
CB Exclusive – Sydney communications group LOUD has bolstered its strategy planning team with new planner Paul Redfern (far left), joining from The Campaign Palace, and Donna Yan (near left), previously with recently disbanded Happy Soldiers.
“LOUD’s philosophy of Reverberation™ is all about ideas that generate their own momentum and create change for our clients,” said director of planning & innovation, Russell Naughton (above centre). “Our planning is dedicated to unearthing all the emotional and sensory cues that accelerate these changes in attitude and behaviour.”
Adds LOUD CEO Lorraine Jokovic: “We’re delighted to have both Paul and Donna on board. Our planning philosophy and practice seems to be what clients, and their brands, are looking for. It’s like the missing emotional link in strategy planning.”
