Clemenger BBDO Brisbane appointed by Urban Land Development Authority
Following a highly competitive pitch process involving 30 agencies, Clemenger BBDO has been appointed by Queensland’s Urban Land Development Authority (ULDA) to develop the organisation’s brand and positioning across its flagship developments and lead an integrated approach to digital campaign delivery across all of its developments.
Clemenger BBDO Brisbane managing director, Kurt Viertel said the campaigns, which would commence immediately, would involve creative and digital campaigns aimed at delivering the ULDA’s vision for sustainable and affordable communities across the state, and to ultimately achieve each project’s sales targets.
Says Viertel: “We’re extremely proud of this win and believe it demonstrates the growing demand for a truly integrated offering such.
We look forward to working with the ULDA and together, setting a marketing benchmark for sustainable and innovative designed communities across our state.”
ULDA group sales and marketing manager, Morgana Prior, said Clemenger BBDO Brisbane was selected based upon the agency’s strong property experience and outstanding knowledge of the Queensland market.
Says Prior: “It was clear that Clemenger BBDO understood our brand vision and they have a team and the skills to deliver campaigns that will assist in achieving our business goals.”

A gr8 win Kurt. Congratulations to you and your team!
Congrats to Clems, but seriously 30 agencies in a review. Brisbane doesn’t even have 30 real agencies. I can only count 10, maximum. That is ridiculous. Getting 30 agencies to tender is just reckless on the clients behalf. A waste of time, energy and money. Glad I flew south over 10 years ago.
Anyone heard of a seagull and a chip? Sums the whole thing up really.
nice one kurt and co.
Digital and Clemenger Brisbane within the same sentence?
What a ridiculous quote – 30 agencies involved.
