Workshop gets Cramp in CD position
Sydney-based creative agency Workshop Australia has appointed Matt Cramp as its creative director, reporting directly to principal Jamie Kwong.
A copywriter, Cramp has held senior creative positions at Grey, Lowe and Leo Burnett in Sydney and has worked as a copywriter in London and throughout Asia. His work has been awarded both locally and internationally and his client experience includes Johnson and Johnson, LYNX, Diageo, Virgin, MTV, Audi, McDonalds, Football Federation of Australia, NRMA, Procter and Gamble and Unilever.
“Matt is not only extremely creative, he is a solid strategic thinker, a natural leader and very respectful of those around him,” said Kwong. “This makes him a great fit for our agency and our clients.”
Cramp’s arrival at Workshop is a major uplift in the agency’s creative resources. It follows the appointment of highly experienced creative Tony Vigna as associate creative director in August last year.
