BWM Melbourne appoints group account director

Nicole Miranda.jpgBelgiovane Williams Mackay Melbourne has continued to grow its staff ranks with the appointment of Nicole Miranda as group account director to head up the Kmart account.

Miranda comes to BWM with more than 20 years’ experience in the retail advertising industry having worked across multiple categories and markets.

Most recently, she worked as integrated business director at BADJAROgilvy Melbourne where she was responsible for managing a satelliteoffice of 35 people working across five Wesfarmers brands: Officeworks,Coles Liquor Group (Liquorland, 1st Choice Liquor Superstores andVintage Cellars) and Harris Technology.

While Miranda has a wealth of traditional retail knowledge, she has agreat deal of experience in the areas of customer engagementstrategies, 1:1 marketing and multi-channel retailing includingdisciplines such as B2B, B2C, direct, digital, ecommerce, mobilecommerce and social media.

She has worked across some of the world’s most iconic brands, includingWoolworths supermarkets, Woolworths Liquor, Franklins, the NationalRugby League, Hardy Wines, Oz Design Furniture, Amber Tiles, Angus& Coote Jewellers, Australia Post, AAMI, IKEA (Singapore) as wellas leading the agency team responsible for the repositioning of BIG Wduring 2007/8.
