303 wins Brookfield Residential Properties
In a competitive pitch 303 Sydney has been awarded the Brookfield Residential business in Queensland and New South Wales.
“We are delighted to be working with Brookfield and especially excited to be working on two major residential developments in Portside Wharf in Brisbane and Prince Henry in Sydney. These are showcase, major urban renewal projects and will be evolving over many years” said Jon Mckie, 303 managing director.
Brookfield Residential Properties deliver high quality apartment, master planned communities and mixed-use projects across Australia. Founded as Multiplex, the company is now part of Brookfield Asset Management – one of the world’s most successful property owners and developers, with $US107 billion of assets under management internationally.
“We’re excited to be working with 303. They demonstrated strategic thinking, excellent creative and in house capability aligns with our vision to raise the bar on how we market and sell property, said Phil Leahy – Director, Sales and Marketing.”
“This is another significant win for the agency and further adds to our momentum and growth,” said Mckie.

Yeah! Property advertising! Bet the creative department is stoked…
Well done Jon.
This more than makes up for missing out on Smirnoff. Doesn’t it.
Well done 303.
Please 303. Promise us that when you refer to Brookfield Residential Properties “projects” in broadcast media you keep the first and last syllables together (as in “project”). You know, like “profit”. Nobody wants to hear that awful two part “Pro-Ject” thing. That’s just rubbish and makes the industry look bad. Thanks
