Triple M Grill Team Sydney launches ‘Everything Man’ TV commercials to go to air Sunday night
Triple M Sydney is set to launch new marketing activity this Sunday 13 February for breakfast show The Grill Team with TV commercials that encompass ‘everything man’.
On Sydney radio you won’t find any more manly men than The Grill Team’s Mark Geyer and Gus Worland which will be reflected in a variety of TVC’s featuring everyday Sydney blokes doing what men do best.
Says Head of Marketing and Communications for Austereo, Nikki Clarkson: “We are thrilled with this new campaign for The Grill Team. It builds on the male skew activity we developed for Triple M with Slash last year and targets The Grill Team as ‘the’ Sydney show for men 25 – 54 years of age.
“We’re already winning this demographic, so it’s clearly Triple M territory and competitively strong. The everything man concept is a simple idea for a great brand that’s been executed exceptionally.”
Adds Triple M Content Director Jamie Angel: “These ads are a bit of fun and reinforce what The Grill Team is all about – blokes that love life, sport, hanging out with mates and rock. The idea of ‘everything man’ reflects the show positioning which is not only for men but also women who want an insight into a man’s world.
“The Grill Team has doubled its ratings in 12 months to 4.7 points and we’re continually building on that momentum, Mark and Gus are doing an incredible job and they’ve got a great team at Triple M behind them.”
Tune in to Triple M’s Grill Team from 6-9am weekdays at 104.9FM and triplem.com.au

Talking breakfast, I just saw a (new?) Coco Pops commercial during the movie Superbad and really liked it. And I’m sure kids would like it. Am I going nuts?
Nice one Charlie.
Another f-ing ‘MAN;’ idea. Genius guys. Really… Such stupendously brilliant thinking. Wow!
@11:30 – if it looks like and man and sounds like a man, it’s probably a man. If there’s any product a ‘man idea’ can work for, it’s triple M. Far better than trying to be all things to all people.
