kwp! Adelaide makes big splash for Santos

As naming rights sponsor of the Santos Tour Down Under, Santos wanted to make a big splash and their long-time agency kwp! obliged, creating Adelaide’s biggest ever building wrap across 10 storeys of the Santos headquarters, only 400 metres from the Tour Village.
Designed by kwp! and printed and installed by Medianest, the image is made up of 400 square metres of printed vinyl panels stuck to 150 windows. It is 25 metres high and 15 metres wide.

Big deal, Nike were doing this here 11 years ago during the Sydney Olympic games. Sadly, its obviously new to Adelaide.
Big, yes.
Idea…?
Sadly, the apostrophe is obviously new to you, 9:20.
There is no idea here. Just big media and nothing else. Lazy CD.
I like that they included the dimensions. Nice touch that I’m sure will impress the judges. Maybe someone one from kwp!!! can enlighten us as to what glue they used to stick the vinyl panels to the 150 windows.
Actually Medianest would be the ones to ask about the glue. Probably some sort of Clag based adhesive. Props go out to Adelaide City Council for finally approving a great concept. And before you anonymous interweb hecklers comment, I didn’t say NEW concept I just said great concept.
Big deal, Nike (and similar) were probably doing this in the US and other larger nations a lot longer than 11 years ago at the Sydney Olympic games. Sadly it’s obviously news to Sydney.
Where’s the concept AnonyDouche? I can’t see it, can you explain the idea to us?
The idea is… let’s put a 25 metre tall man on a building, which will make people say ‘Wow, there’s a 25 metre tall man on a building!’.
Now now children, play nicely.
AnonyDouche is just a lazy Douche
