UrsaClemenger has announced that independent OTC, Animal and Agri Health agency Renard will merge with the newly formed health agency.  Clemenger Group recently acquired Ursa to merge with existing Group health business CJB to form UrsaClemenger.

Renard Principal, Neil Fox said after nearly 15 years of operating as an independent agency we felt the time was right to merge with a highly resourced agency group that would enable us to more effectively respond to client needs.

“After searching the market for an appropriate partner we felt that UrsaClemenger was the right fit, both from a size and cultural point of view.”

UrsaClemenger Managing Director Mardi Le Page said: “We’ve known Neil for some time and have enormous respect for his experience and track record across Veterinary, Agribusiness and OTC Pharma. It’s an area of significant interest to us and strategically helps us fulfil our mandate of employing the best talent across the health spectrum.  Neil and his team bring a skill set to the UrsaClemenger offer that is truly unique in this market.”
