By Lara Sinclair, The Australian: According to Naked Communications co-founder Jon Wilkins (left), ad creatives must stop plagiarising YouTube videos and pay the authors of any artistic works they adapt for commercial purposes.
If they failed to do so, says Wilkins, agencies risked talent brokers setting up their own agencies to give advertisers direct access to scriptwriters, comedy writers and professionals working in other creative arts.

Tell him he’s dreaming*.
Or perhaps directors could talk a principled stand and refuse to shoot ads based on movies, videos and other shit that winds up on Youtube?
But as to talent agencies putting clients directly in touch with real talent, I don’t think they’d find running an agency and dealing with clients any easier than anyone else does.
* Copyright someone.
But if they do that there will be no ads left.
Yawn, he needs to get out more
