Libs say: Stand up for Australia; Labor says: Let’s move Australia forward together; Greens say: Who you vote for matters

The major parties both launched their election commercials on national TV over the weekend, while the Greens have yet to do so, apart from via their own YouTube channel.
About $10 million a week is expected to be pumped into advertising during the next five weeks by Labor and the Coalition, reports Simon Canning in the Australian Media section, with most of it going on TV, newspapers and radio, but social media such as YouTube, Twitter and Facebook could play a small but crucial role.
The Labor campaign is via McCann-Erickson, Sydney while the Libs work is out of Kelly Gee, Brisbane, co-ordinated by Mebourne-based adman, Mark Pearson.

Well if nothing else, we will be a fitter country…all that Standing up and moving forward should do something for the national health problems over the next incredibly LONG 5 weeks.
Funnily enough, after watching the ads I kind of believe Abbott more than Gillard. Love him or loathe him, he is who he is but her trust me spiel is laced with one dollop of treacle too much. And the Greens sanctimonious crap just shits me. Anyone who saw that know-all Greens senator on Q&A recently would know what I mean.
so who is doing whom?
Julia is attractive. Very much so. There I said it. Stone me if you like.
That Greens ad was done by the agency that gave you Mr Plow.
Can someone please clarify which direction we’re moving regardless of who wins? I don’t think it was clear enough. Maybe the libs should do a sing-along karaoke version.
Let’s not forget about the ‘Nashnals’:

Full of substance and relevant as ever.
If one major party was to stand up and declare no public money would be spent on advertising/promoting their campaign, I’d give them major fucking kudos. They could challenge their opponents to do the same. The same way Obama refused to accept public funds. $10 million a week? Fuck me, it’d be huge. Imagine how much money could be spent on health and education.
Let’s move forward, not backward, upward not forward, and always twirling, twirling, twirling towards freedom!
(YAWN)….
Still reckon Donald Greenleaf for President campaign is the best…

Who did the Greens ad?
Please explain.
When were the pitches for the political parties?
They pay the bills, them ones.
Libs ad is right out of the 70’s complete with a jingle…”If you can’t say it, sing it” I guess.
Has nobody taught the Greens to speak English? It should be “whom”, not “who”.
