A topical press ad from Grey Melbourne that appeared before the Queen’s Birthday long weekend to warn drivers of the perils of fatigue.

Kind of got it. Kind of smiled. To me the link, though, is too tenuous. There is no clear connection in the image with driving. So, to me, it’s too vague and not to their usual TAC standard.
Not strictly the campaign line but headline could have been: “Have a power nap this Queens birthday.” Then the line down the bottom could have been: “A 15-minute power nap could save your life.” There, much better. Where’s my pencil?
not a bad idea,
but fuck… where was the art director!
Have you no respect you Orstralian peasant convicts!
My husband and I are not amused!
Asleep at the wheel, 12:39PM.
Kind of don’t get it.
As in, get the link to queens birthday, but don’t get how that nap saved his or her life.
I’ll admit I’m slow, but most other people are. Maybe it’s not clever?
Clearly, it’s a really tiring job offending: Indians; Asians; Africans; women;
the overweight, the hearing impaired, the vision impaired and the poor.
The saving your life bit doesn’t work with the visual.
