AdFest is called off for a second time

The on-again-off-again Asia Pacific AdFest is… off again. Just twoweeks after announcing the new dates the organizers of AdFest have cometo the conclusion that due to the continuing current situation inThailand, the 3-day festival scheduled for 27-29 of May in Pattaya,Thailand has been canceled and the Lotus Awards judging will be held ata new location, to be confirmed in the near future.
“It was avery hard decision, but due to the unpredictability of the politicalrallying in Thailand, we are obligated to place the utmost importanceon the safety of our AdFest guests and delegates,” said VinitSuraphongchai, Chairman of the ADFEST Working Committee.

ADFEST was great last year !! Saw alot of great work there and the Sir John session was great. Too bad they have to cancel the 2010 show…..
