Droga5 and Saatchi & Saatchi lead the agency pack at the shortlist stage of The One Show

Picture 721.pngPicture 722.pngAustralia has scored 18 finalists at the shortlist stage of The One Show, with Droga5 Sydney and Saatchi & Saatchi, Sydney leading the agency pack, both with three finalists, followed by Clemenger BBDO, Melbourne and Publicis Mojo, Sydney with two apiece.

Predictably, the Aussies did well in the beer category, with VB ‘The Regulars’ via Droga5 and Boag’s ‘Pure Waters’ via Publicis Mojo, Sydney scoring two finalists apiece. Droga5 also scored for VB ‘Raise a glass’, while Clemenger BBDO, Melbourne got through with Carlton Draught ‘Drop the Bomb’ and Pure Blonde ‘Dove Love’.

Saatchi’s scored with Pedestrian Council of Australia ‘The Ross Family’ etc campaign, Lion Nathan ‘Little Sister’ and Lion Nathan ‘Nana’, ‘Leak’, ‘Grass’.

Other Aussie shops to score a finalist were Lowe Sydney for Football Federation Australia ‘The Great Xmas Paper Swindle’; Marketforce Perth for Ikea ‘Crossword’; DDB Sydney for McDonald’s ‘Wi Fries’; GPY&R Brisbane for Suncorp Bank ‘Kids Banking’; M&C Saatchi Melbourne for Save the Children ‘Make it a thing of the past’; Grey Melbourne for TAC ‘Everybody Hurts’, Leo Burnett Sydney for WWF/Earth Hour ‘Monuments’ and US Sydney for SBS’s MadMen ‘Madison Products’.

New Zealand scored seven finalists, led by Colenso BBDO Auckland and The Sweet Shop, Auckland with two apiece.
